Noah has spent his career at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and venture. He served as RA Capital's youngest Senior Director, leading AI product strategy across one of life sciences top venture incubators. Before that, he co-founded the neurodegenerative therapeutics startup Abyssinia Biologics and was a director of biomedical partnerships at nference, building AI tools deployed across Fortune 10 pharma and public health.
Simon Mathews

Simon is a practicing gastroenterologist who completed his medical training at Johns Hopkins, where he led clinical innovation initiatives and evaluated digital health technologies in real-world care settings. He has served as Chief Medical Officer across multiple venture-backed health technology companies and currently chairs the American Gastroenterological Association Committee on Innovation and Technology.
Jack Gierlich
Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Previously at Leal Health and Ferus Solutions
Jack builds the systems that turn early-stage healthcare products into platforms people actually use. At Leal Health, he took the company from inception to over 7 million patients, building the growth infrastructure, and engagement model from the ground up. Before that, he founded Ferus Solutions, a growth consultancy that generated over $300 million in client revenue across healthcare, martech, and B2B. He brings that same instinct to Actually Health.
